Want a Popeyes Fried Chicken Sandwich? The latest craze that everyone wants, but can’t get. It’s oh so good. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen released the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich on August 12th of 2019 and it quickly became an instant success and latest viral thing on the internet’s Social Media, platforms like Instagram and Twitter. Shortly after. A Chicken Sandwich War erupted between Popeyes and Chick-fil-A when Popeyes Tweeted about their sandwich and Chick=Fil=A replied that they were the first with the chickens sandwich, which of course is not true, as chicken sandwiches have been around a lot longer then Chikfila.

So you can’t get a Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, or can you? Well, you can make your own with various Popeyes Chicken copycat recipes, and Popeyes itself has a temporary solution until they get the sandwich back in stores, which they project to be somewhere around the end of October 2019. In the meantime, Popeyes head of marketing made a statement, saying, “While we work to get the sandwich back in our restaurants, we wanted to offer our guests a fun way to satisfy their Popeyes sandwich cravings,” said Bruno Cardinali, Popeyes’ head of marketing for North America, in a statement to CNN. So there you have it. It may not be the exact same thing, but its close.

So, yes, there you go Boys and Girls. If you want a Popeyes Chicken Sandwich to Popeyes, order 3 Chicken Tender, put on your Bun and “dig in.” And that’s as close as you’ll get for now.
